Overview

About this treatment

What is Spinal Decompression?

Spinal decompression therapy uses a specialized traction table to create negative pressure within the spinal discs. This helps retract bulging or herniated disc material, reduces nerve compression, improves nutrient flow, and promotes healing of damaged spinal structures.

Our Approach at PhysioCare Oshawa

We combine decompression with manual therapy, laser, and targeted exercises for comprehensive disc and nerve recovery. Many patients avoid surgery after completing a course of treatment.
